Thank you for shopping with HeliBlot. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at heliblot@heliblot.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us at heliblot@heliblot.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at heliblot@heliblot.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
